When Is There a Right of Appeal?
The right of appeal in immigration cases is more limited than it once was. Rights of appeal generally exist in asylum and human rights cases, in cases involving EU free movement rights, and in certain entry clearance cases involving family members. In some cases, administrative review is the only available remedy.
