How to Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint, please contact us in writing atinfo@bwsolicitors.co.uk. Please include your full name, contact details, and a clear description of your complaint.

What Happens Next

  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 3 working days
  • We will investigate the matter thoroughly and impartially
  • We will provide a substantive response within 14 working days
  • If you remain dissatisfied, you may escalate to the Legal Ombudsman

If we are unable to resolve your complaint to your satisfaction, you may refer the matter to the Legal Ombudsman. The Legal Ombudsman can be contacted atwww.legalombudsman.org.uk.
