Non-Molestation Orders
A non-molestation order is a court order that prohibits the perpetrator from using or threatening violence against you, intimidating or harassing you, or communicating with you in any way without your consent. Non-molestation orders can be obtained on an emergency (without notice) basis, meaning the respondent is not informed of the application in advance. Breaching a non-molestation order is a criminal offence, carrying a maximum sentence of five years' imprisonment.

Occupation Orders
